Security is RobotShop’s priority. All payments made on our site by credit cards are secured and processed by Shopify Payments' service, which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. 

All information is encrypted according to industry standards (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard, PCI DSS). RobotShop’s website is powered by Shopify, and, by extension, PCI compliant. Shopify’s compliance covers all six PCI standard categories:

• Regularly monitor and test networks

RobotShop would also like to assure you that any personal information gathered in the membership section is subject to strict confidentiality. RobotShop also engages itself to never disclose any information concerning its customers to third parties.

Email Address:

When you place an order at RobotShop, your email address is also collected in order to send you a copy of your invoice and a tracking number during delivery of your purchase. This email address is also conserved in our database in order to serve you better. If you also register for the RobotShop newsletter, your email will also be used to send you the monthly RobotShop news.

To improve your online experience with RobotShop, the majority of our pages use 'cookies'. These cookies can in no way divulge personal information and can not be used to deliver or activate a virus.
