The AndyMark EVO Shifter Short Keyed Shaft, StageA 2 - 06.00:1 Ratio, StageB 2 - 10.86:1 Ratio represents a significant advancement in shifting transmission gearboxes. This two-speed, shift-on-the-fly gearbox is designed with an improved 4-tooth dog shifting method, allowing for seamless transitions between speeds. It is compatible with two CIM or NEO motors and can be configured with either two or three interior stages, offering flexibility in performance. The gearbox is shipped assembled, though motors are not installed.

Significant enhancements have been made to the EVO Shifter, including a robust 1/8" diameter shoulder screw and a dog gear made from AMPCO® 18 Bronze, which provides added lubricity for smoother shifting. The shift block assembly is reinforced with a larger bearing and threaded steel housing, ensuring durability. The input stage utilizes 32 DP gears and a 15-tooth pinion gear, facilitating a high first stage reduction. Users have the ability to independently select high and low ratios, providing customization options not previously available.

The gearbox features aggressive weight reduction techniques and is compatible with the AM14U family chassis or a 2"x1" box tube frame. It employs a pneumatic shift method powered by a spring-extend pneumatic cylinder, allowing for shifting even during acceleration or deceleration. The gearbox's design includes shielded, flanged ball bearings and 4140 steel output shafts, ensuring reliable performance.

Note: Ensure proper greasing and break-in procedures are followed for optimal operation and longevity of the gearbox.
