The Waveshare 5G M.2 to Gigabit Ethernet Converter, 5G M.2 to USB3.1, Aluminum Alloy Case (SIM8262E-M2, EU) is a versatile device designed to facilitate high-speed 5G networking. It integrates an onboard RTL8125 Ethernet chip, enabling seamless conversion from 5G to Gigabit Ethernet. This converter is equipped with a USB 3.1 Type-A port, allowing connectivity to various devices such as PCs, Raspberry Pi, or Jetson series motherboards, thus supporting both networking and debugging tasks.

The device is housed in a robust aluminum alloy enclosure, featuring an oxidation dull-polish surface and CNC process opening, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal. It supports both desktop and wall-mount installations, providing flexibility in deployment. The converter is compatible with mainstream 5G M.2 modules from brands like SIMCom, Quectel, and Fibocom, and supports modules in 3042/3052 packages.
