6脚ロボット Hexy - ブルー

After looking around at various kits that were either more expensive and/or only a part of the full kit on offer here I ordered HEXY to find that this is the perfect starter package for anyone to get into legged robots. An easy to use interface right off from the start, it really is plug and play. Or for the more adventurous, the open source software coupled with the extensive community forums make HEXY a hackers dream. Hook up your console controller, make your own GUI, upgrade HEXY's parts or even give him more!. You wont find all of this for a less price elsewhere!

I'm using it fro robotics introducing. Next step is try to recreat this model with servos and plastic frame with 3D printer :)

Instructions are clear, parts are quality and end result is great. This is a perfect gift since it comes with everything needed in the box. Even the screwdriver is included. You may want to purchase batteries with it however. It being Arduino based means that you will never run out of projects and possible upgrades to the robot.

I bought this product to help me get introduced to Raspberry Pi, Python, Linux, etc. My initial reaction is that going on the quality of the product it will fulfil my requirements well I will be back
