Despite using every device I have to try to pair with this board (iOS and Android) I am unable to pair. It is visible on the list of devices but it can't be paired. With an android device, I got an "incorrect pin or passkey" message but that only happened once. Board is powered and LEDs are on. Customer service is a URL that doesn't exist and a phone number that, when the extension is dialed, just hangs up after a pause. Three stars because it appears to be well-soldered, components are high quality, and because I'm not a [***]. Product works perfect. Best motor controller for the money by a long shot. I am an engineer and have dealt with a variety of other boards and I would buy this one without a doubt again over any other options at this price point.

They would have given basic Manual as semantic is not useful. atleast one PDF which states how to connect and how install app ( we dont know which app and where to download etc) as a customer we expect minimum basic product information along with the product shipment or online Doc!!
