Great for edge detection and line following applications
These sensors worked great on my autonomous robot for line following. I had no problem getting them to work correctly. They a very sensitive, which is great for detecting slight changes in reflectance.

Works as intended , I have used 4 of these for a line following project, the sample code works good and is a good place to start. sidenote; be aware that the optimal sensing distance is very short, so take that into consideration when implementing them into a project.
