The construction of the button is solid but it makes a loud click noise when pushing the button, making it non suitable in a musical context.

Works well, and the long threaded body allows for mounting in a wide range of thicknesses

Just like the classic arcade buttons. Excellent build, felt robust. Note, that the NC and NO contacts from from the side of the switch at the bottom so you will need ~ 0.5" of clearance to connect blade terminals.
