I have ordered the AL5D system with a little modification due the components back order. I called sale support and got very patient help but no push for sales. I knew I will have technical issues because of the mixed components. But I had great technical support excellent experience again as I expected. We finally setup a working arm system. I am sure we will have more issue but I am confident they will be resolved with the knowledgeable tech support again. I give 4 star because the claw could be better quality.
