For the price, this is best rover platform that I could find. It worked surprisingly well. The components are compatible with Makeblock.

I like the robot. it has good weight to it, the holes were a close enough match to build erector set bits on to it. that was cool. I made a little claw arm thingy for it. The tracks are a very soft flexible rubbery stretchy compound. Very grippy. The tracks CAN roll off if you are doing zero-point turns in place on carpet. Asphalt,dirt,tile,wood all seem fine, no roll offs. It has a fair climbing ability, Good Center of gravity. With a servo arm on each end it can climb a step.

The kit itself, its shipment to Israel and the customs duty - all together make the deal very expensive. But quality!!! The Quality pays for all costs! Everything from the packaging of the designer, its shipment and the elements themselves are of the highest quality! Assembling the structure, I did not stop thanking the manufacturer. I couldn't find too many dimensions for this product. It's about 16 cm wide and 20 cm long. It's sturdy, well-made and quite light. Motors are powerful enough too. Good all-round. Instructions are very poor, however.
