The purchaser is assumed to have the technical expertise required to assemble, configure, and operate the equipment. Manufacturer support may be limited to documentation or remote guidance.

Warranty coverage is determined entirely by the manufacturer and may include, at the manufacturer's discretion and where applicable, but is not limited to:

  • A specific warranty duration for the product or its components and parts
  • Repair
  • Replacement parts
  • Remote technical support (where the customer performs the repair under the manufacturer's guidance)

It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure the safe and informed handling, installation, maintenance, and use of the product, in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and documentation.

Warranty claims apply only to manufacturing defects confirmed through RoboItchi's troubleshooting process. Customers may be required to submit photos, videos, or diagnostic details to support a warranty claim.
