The Lite Carrier Board for LattePanda Mu Compute Module (USB 3.0, Ethernet, PCIe 3.0, M.2 M Key, HDMI) is a meticulously designed base board that, when paired with the LattePanda Mu, forms a robust development platform akin to a Single Board Computer (SBC). It integrates essential interfaces such as USB 3.0, Ethernet, PCIe 3.0, M.2 M key, M.2 E key, and HDMI, facilitating the connection of various external devices and modules. This integration enables rapid verification and testing of diverse design solutions, thereby shortening the product development cycle and making it ideal for embedded system design applications.
The board supports a wide voltage input range of 12~20V, allowing direct connection to a 4S lithium battery without requiring an additional voltage regulator module. This feature enhances the products adaptability and portability. The inclusion of a PCIe 3.0 x4 slot permits the expansion of peripherals such as graphics cards, sound cards, and network cards, providing enhanced performance for various projects. Additionally, the M.2 M key and M.2 E key slots facilitate the expansion of SSD hard drives and WLAN wireless network cards, offering greater flexibility.
The boards 3.5-inch standard size ensures convenient installation and seamless integration into various projects and systems. Its open-source design, with provided schematic and PCB design files, allows for customization to meet specific needs, significantly reducing development time and cost.
Note: It must be paired with the LattePanda Mu compute module for use. Disconnect the power supply before plugging or unplugging the LattePanda Mu, any cables, or internal interfaces. The PCIe slot is available only when using a 12V power supply.
