The PLH3D-6W-XF+ blue laser is capable of cutting and engraving various materials such as wood, cardboard, rubber, paper, textiles, leather, plastic, balsa, plywood, and more. It can also mark stainless steel, titanium, and low-heat conductance subtypes of steel. The laser head is equipped with an “Armed” indication LED, which signals its connection to the power supply and provides alerts for overheating, along with ambient temperature warnings to ensure safe operation.
Each laser head is shipped with a factory-set High-Resolution Triplet lens, optimized to focus at 60.0 mm. The working distance can be easily adjusted with the included lens adjuster, compatible with all M9x0.5 lenses. For certain applications, adjusting the beam for symmetrical engraving is recommended. The built-in driver ensures better protection for the diode, allows for high-frequency current modulation, and eliminates inductance effects during switch-on.
This lightweight laser requires no additional cooling, as the XF+ laser body acts as a heatsink, enabling it to operate continuously for 24 hours a day.
