The Pololu 10:1 Micro Metal Gearmotor HPCB 6V w/ 12 CPR Encoder, Back Connector is a compact and efficient brushed DC motor designed for precise control in small-scale applications. It features a robust metal gearbox with a cross section of 10×12 mm and a D-shaped output shaft measuring 9 mm in length and 3 mm in diameter. This gearmotor is equipped with an integrated two-channel incremental Hall effect encoder, which detects the rotation of a magnetic disk attached to the rear of the motor shaft. The encoder provides a resolution of 12 counts per revolution, enhancing the motor's precision and control capabilities.
The encoder is connected via a 6-pin JST SH-style male connector, compatible with corresponding cables and connector boards. The back connector orientation is parallel to the motor, offering a streamlined design suitable for various mechanical configurations. This gearmotor is ideal for applications requiring high precision and compact size, such as robotics and automation projects.
