The Pololu 380:1 Micro Metal Gearmotor HPCB 12V w/ 12 CPR Encoder, Side Connector is a compact and robust brushed DC motor designed for high-performance applications. It includes an integrated two-channel incremental Hall effect encoder, which senses the rotation of a magnetic disk on the motor shaft's rear protrusion. This encoder provides a resolution of 12 counts per revolution (CPR) when counting both edges of both channels, facilitating precise control and feedback.
The motor's no-load performance at 12 volts is characterized by a speed of 85 RPM and a current draw of 80 mA. In stall conditions, it can exert a torque of 5.0 kg⋅cm (69 oz⋅in) with a current draw of 0.75 A.
