The ServoCity 5303 Series Saturn Planetary Gear Motor w/ Encoder (71.2:1, 260 rpm) features a 24V brushed DC motor coupled with a 36mm diameter planetary gearbox, achieving a no-load speed of 260 RPM at 24VDC. This motor is compatible with a wide range of goBILDA® motion components due to its 8mm REX™ shaft and specially-designed gearbox head, which allows for direct attachment in various applications. The motor is equipped with two power wires that ensure plug-and-play compatibility with goBILDA® motor controllers via 3.5mm bullet connectors. While the encoder is not necessary for standard operation, it can be utilized with a JST XH plug to enable position and velocity control. Note: Stalling this motor may cause irreparable damage; exercise extreme caution in applications with hard limits such as linear slides and rotating arms.
