The Devantech MIDI-RLY08-0 Relay, 8 Dimmer is a sophisticated relay module designed for MIDI control, featuring eight channels. Each relay is capable of responding to two distinct notes and a control change, providing versatile control options. Configuration is streamlined through a USB port, facilitated by an accompanying PC application, eliminating the need for dip switches. The module operates on either a single isolated 9V AC supply, necessary for dimming functions, or a 12V DC supply for simple on/off operations. It employs solid-state relays for phase-controlled dimming, accommodating voltages from 48VAC to 250VAC, with a minimum load of 100mA and a maximum capacity of 5 Amps. The device includes MIDI IN and THRU ports for seamless integration into existing setups.
