Just at the weight of the base, we realize that it is not junk. The iron is well constructed and strong, it will not melt in your hands, so it protects against heat. The temperature adjustable in Celsius as in Fahrenheit. I recommend this product without hesitation.

This unit is well made and feels solid. It comes with nice instructions as well on how to set it up and use it effectively. I was surprised at how quickly the iron heats up, and the temperature setting is sensitive and easy to set. I bought this as a step up from my regular basic iron and I don't regret it. I shopped around and I couldn't find a better Canadian price and shipping was very fast. These guys have earned a well deserved spot on my Favorites list.

The ability to set and read temperature makes working with different jobs easy. The station heats quickly. While it includes a sponge, I use a brass wire cleaner to avoid tip cooling. The tips can be changed, but the snug fit on the heating element means it is not a quick change. The readout is bright. The iron is light weight. And, the price is quite good compared to similar stations.
