The Pololu 3.3V Step-up/Step-Down Voltage Regulator S8V9F3 is an efficient switching regulator designed to convert varying input voltages into a stable 3.3V output. It accommodates input voltages ranging from 1.4 V to 16 V, making it ideal for battery-powered applications where the battery voltage may fluctuate.
This regulator features under-voltage lockout, over-current protection, and a thermal shutdown to prevent overheating. Additionally, a soft-start feature limits inrush current, ensuring a gradual ramp-up of the output voltage during startup.
