The ServoCity 12V Super-Duty Linear Actuator (560lb Thrust, 2.6"/sec, 8" Stroke) is engineered for demanding industrial applications, featuring a robust and durable design. It is equipped with a sealed O-ring to ensure protection against environmental factors, making it suitable for challenging conditions. The actuator incorporates clutch overload protection to prevent damage during operation, and it is CE Certified (CD55011), ensuring compliance with European safety standards. This actuator operates efficiently within a temperature range of -25°C to +65°C, driven by a 3 Pole Ferrite motor. It utilizes a metal gear train for enhanced durability and performance. The actuator's feedback mechanism is facilitated by a 10KΩ potentiometer, providing precise control and positioning. With a dynamic thrust capacity of 560 lbs and a static load capacity of 3,050 lbs, it is capable of handling substantial loads. The actuator's speed reaches 2.63 inches per second under no load, and it maintains a speed of 1.85 inches per second under maximum load conditions. The device is designed with a straight cut spur gearbox and a 5:1 gear ratio, optimizing its mechanical efficiency. It operates within a recommended voltage range of 6V to 12V, with a no-load current drain of 3A. The actuator's lead screw is made of steel, ensuring strength and longevity, and it features a ball screw type for smooth operation. The device has an IP54 rating, indicating protection against dust and water splashes. The duty cycle is set at 25% on and 75% off, ensuring reliable performance over extended periods. Note: Ensure proper handling and installation to avoid potential hazards associated with mechanical and electrical components.
